Stuart Sinclair has a background in adult education and has a Masters in Organisational Development and Learning. Stuart has been a trainer, facilitator, coach and learning consultant for 12 years working across private, public and community sectors.

Stuart loves working with groups and as a facilitator blends a unique style of enthusiasm, humour and metaphor to bring to life the learning experience.

Stuart is also a certified coach and specialises in facilitating managers and leaders to integrate non directive coaching into their practice.
